I ordered a video. How do I access it?
First of all, thank you for your order and interest in learning with us! When you make any purchase on our site, you will receive an email that serves as both a receipt, and includes a link to your video download link. If you have any questions or for some reason did not receive an email, please contact us.
I think I downloaded my video. Where is it?
Great! Depending on your individual computer settings, your web downloads will automatically go into a folder designated in your settings. Most web browsers are set to place downloaded files in your computer’s “Downloads” folder. If you can locate that, chances are, that is where your video is! You can also try searching your computer for the keywords “.mpg” or “.mp4” and see if you can find the most recent video files on your computer.
I ordered a video from my Ipad. How do I access it?
First of all, thank you for your order and interest in learning with us! When you make any purchase on our site, you will receive an email that serves as both a receipt, and includes a link to your video download link. Ipad’s do not have the capability to store videos directly on that device. For your Ipad, we recommend that you download your video to your Google drive or your Icloud drive to access your video. That is the perfect place to store the video and create your own video library. If you have any questions or for some reason did not receive an email, please contact us.
