Yoga 4 Stretch & Strength – Class 5 uses postures and stretches in combination with the breath to develop flexibility and relaxation. This video will encourage proper alignment of the body and bring balance, strength, and calmness to your practice. We will deepen our knowledge from the first four classes to next level of strength and flexibility in a gradual, but encouraging flow of specific postures. This Yoga practice is based on the classic and ancient practices with attention to alignment and the deeper layers of yoga.
