Yoga for Beginners Flexibility program builds strength and improves endurance. It features sustained “holds” that assure proper form while deeply challenging each muscle. This video is designed to increase flexibility and reduce tension. Slightly slower paced, it uses mostly traditional yoga poses performed in fluid, dynamic sequences (usually maximizing relaxation by linking the breath to the movement).
