In this video, Beginning Yoga for Stretch & Strength – Baby Boomers”, we will review the basic poses from Level 1 and increase the intensity of the stronger postures, and gently open the tighter areas of the body. This is a total body workout based on muscular postures and the proper body alignment of Yoga. Using the basic principles of concentration, control and breathe connection, along with strengthening exercises you can reshape and redefine your body’s trouble areas.
