Private Reformer Sessions in Santa Maria,CA

You will get the most amazing full body toning on the Reformer, because the amount of resistance and tension for your body can prescise and regulated to meet your needs. To some, Reformer equipment might resemble a torture apparatus, looking like a single bed frame but with a sliding carriage and adjustable springs to regulate tension and resistance.  In my private studio, I offer two top end reformers called Allegro – Balance Body reformer, and my private instruction will give you professional attention, focusing on alignment and technique. 24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cannot make your reserved session, you must cancel at least 24 hours in advance or you will be charged the full amount. This is a courtesy to the instructors who must be paid for the sessions they’re scheduled, and to other clients who might want to schedule a session at that time.
