Practice from the comforts of home at your convenience with our online, live classes combined with on demand, streaming Yoga & Pilates videos from one of the six video libraries.
Our videos are filmed from beautiful beaches, in the middle of a forrest, next to a river and in some iconic places like the Eiffel Tower. In the video library you will also see the taped recordings with me practicing along with you guiding you through the sequence. I demonstrate and cue as I go offering modifications and variations for students at any level of practice.
The live/online classes are taught over Zoom with students like yourself practicing along. Join me to start, continue, or deepen your yoga practice, learn to move better in your body, and nourish your spirit.
With your subscription you can have full access to individual videos from my six video libraries. If you want to take a class every now and then – you can purchase a class pass or class package and receive instant access to just online/live classes. You also have the option to select a monthly membership that fits your practice schedule and budget.
If you are a “go at the moment” type person – you might consider the class passes. Memberships automatically renew each month until you decide to cancel.
