The Benefits of a Private Yoga Session:
1.) Many students will prefer Private Yoga sessions instead of group classes. Private Yoga sessions will help you integrate stretching and relaxation into your regular workout program which is beneficial on many levels. It can help prevent injury, relax muscles, and keep you flexible. Furthermore, the benefits of reduced stress and increased oxygen levels can give you an overall sense of well being.
2.) Many new Yoga students may be shy about joining a group yoga class. Many group yoga classes offered with a gym membership tend to be challenging and more fitness oriented, which can make a beginner feel overwhelmed with the pace and unsure about whether they are getting the Yoga postures correct.
3.) Going into a yoga class with students at different levels can lead you to perform yoga poses without proper alignment. If it’s difficult to see the instructor you might be inclined to simply follow what others are doing. And if the person next to you is doing the pose incorrectly, you might also have improper form and leave yourself open to injury. A private Yoga instructor will take the time to show you how to get into and out of every pose properly. Vicki will offer yoga props to assist you in the beginning until your body gets used to the poses.
4.) In a private Yoga session, it is helpful for the Yoga teacher to know if you’re getting over surgery, an injury, or an illness. It is important for a Yoga teacher to know if their clients are suffering from a chronic disease, have had any recent injuries, or even if they haven’t exercised in 10 years. Vicki will be able to help you modify poses and offer alternatives until you feel you can do the poses on your own.
5.) The right private yoga teacher will give you tools you can always use outside of a class or as we say in the yoga world, “off the mat.” Everyone could use tips on how to stand taller, sit upright, and stretch properly before exercise. Moreover, certain breathing techniques will get you through the tough times in life. But the best thing a private yoga instruction will give you is the opportunity to help you see yourself at a different level, to go deeper to the place where your spirit shines, and to help you shine that light outward for others to see.

Semi-Private Yoga Group Sessions
Get strong, flexibility and energized by taking a private session with a friend. Twice the fun, but at a discounted price. It is our Semi-Private session for two students.

Yoga or Pilates Group Sessions
We are excited to provide and design a private Yoga Group sessions for a corporate settings, weddings, parties, birthday parities or simply a private yoga or pilates class for friends. Group sessions maybe held in our private studio or at your specific location.
Privates group classes more than 2 people the rates is $75-$100 for an hour.
There is a $25 equipment charge for all off site privates.

24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cannot make your reserved session, you must cancel at least 24 hours in advance or you will be charged the full amount. This is a courtesy to the instructors who must be paid for the sessions they’re scheduled, and to other clients who might want to schedule a session at that time.
