Description

Join me on the mat for a Level 1 Mat Pilates class.  This is a full length and full body workout with the perfect combination of classic Mat Pilates exercises to firm up your core. This is a home Pilates workout practice that requires no special equipment.  Besides the classic Mat Pilates exercises – you will also practice a couple of fun exercises like the bent knee corkscrew and the single leg bicycle.  This practice is slow and control with lots of additional cueing and modifications for seniors and beginners.
