Description
This Yoga class called Yoga Flow for Inner Strength will help you build a stronger body and develop a quiet mind. You will flow each posture with your breath which helps develop inner strength and defined muscles in the body. Key postures are designed to create more openness throughout the body by facilitating stability and centerized focus to boost your energy. The class starts with a body awareness meditation and slowly moves into upper body stretches to release built up tension. The middle of the class gets moving with deeper hip openers and standing poses and balancing. This is an hour classes that will feel like 20 minutes because your thoughts will stay with the movement of your body and the release of the chattering mind.
