This is our entry-level “Pilates for Beginners” video. This Pilates video was designed with a basic Pilates exercises with the new student in mind. Simple, but effective exercises for the older adult who is looking to build strength and flexibility. You will learn all the classic and traditional Pilates exercises in this video. We recommend this video be the first in our series for individuals new to Pilates exercises.
